The Apache OFBiz Accelerator for Warehouse Management gives you complete visibility of inventory from the moment it arrives in the warehouse until it leaves the facility. It helps in improving inventory accuracy, efficiency and productivity and reducing costs.

The system supports inbound processes like receiving, inspecting, put-away, outbound processes like picking, packing, shipment and inventory management processes like inventory counting and stock transfers across multiple warehouses.

Key Features

• Inbound Processing: Create or import POs from ERP systems, receive inventory against POs and ASNs, inspect and put-away received items to desired locations.  
  
  
• Outbound Processing: Streamline fulfillment process by automatically importing sales orders from eCommerce/ERP/OMS and allocating inventory to them based on FIFO or alternative algorithms. Create picklist, do wave-picking, pack items, and generate shipping labels from third-party carriers. 
  
  
• Inventory Management: Maintain high inventory accuracy rate with cycle counting, real-time tracking, and stock transfers across locations. Manage both serialised & non-serialised inventory. Also manage product’s shelf life and allocate inventory to sales orders on first expiry first out (FEFO) basis. 
  
  
• Kitting & Bundling: Create and manage kits and bundles. Pre-built kits expedite order fulfillment by guiding pickers to pick exact kits. If a kit isn’t pre-assembled, the system automatically initiates an assembly job. Once a job is complete, it updates the individual item’s inventory and completes fulfillment.
  
  
• Location Management: Create and manage warehouse locations, including bulk and pick locations. Supports a multi-level hierarchy—Zone, Aisle, Area, Rack, and Shelf—for precise item tracking and efficient order fulfillment.
